- There is a full moon symbol where the 15th of the lunar month is expected to be

As mentioned above, the Sunnah dates are roughly marked on the calendar, so basically the 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 of each lunar month are highlighted in red to visually show where the Sunnah dates will roughly fall every month. However, the actual dates will be subject to moonsighting in your particular part of the world. The aim of the calendar is to help therapists and their patients plan their treatments better by aiming to have hijama done on or as close as possible to the Sunnah dates as recommended by the above hadith.

These ahadeeth are regarded as dhaeef and it is not prohibited to have Hijamah on these days, more information is available regarding this in the book, Islamic Cupping & Hijamah available here: http://www.hijamahbook.com

How about if sunah date meet to haram day?

And haram day is wednesday.
How about if 17, 19 or 21 is wednesday?
As mentioned above, the calendar is designed to visually highlight the rough area of the Sunnah days ie where 17th-21st of the lunar month are likely to be. However due to the nature of the lunar calendar actual dates are obviously dependent on sighting of the new moon in your part of the world. So the calendar is a guide to plan your treatments but actual dates need to be confirmed from new moon sighting in your part of the world, and after that it is up to you to then avoid any days which are discouraged in various Ahadith. Hope that clarifies.
